By submitting your unit, you have acknowledged and agreed to our After-Sales Terms and Conditions: 1. A minimum diagnostic fee of PHP 500 applies to all repairs. 2. Total parts, cost and charges will only be determined after diagnosis. Your approval is required before proceeding, and full payment is needed before releasing the unit. 3. We are not liable for data loss/corruption. Data backup is the customer's responsibility unless requested as a separate service. 4. Repairs are done on a best-effort and honesty basis. We are not liable for secondary failures or accidental damage from servicing. 5. No warranty applies to repairs unless specified for certain replacement parts. All units are tested good upon release. 6. Please claim your unit upon advice. Unclaimed units beyond 3 days from notification will incur a PHP 100/day storage fee.
